How do I Share and Control the files?

Each file is entered into the library using custom-designed software. This creates a compressed (zipped) version of the file ready for archiving, plus display versions in JPEG and PDF.

The library is accessed via a conventional web browser and consists of three distinct sections:

  • Administrator
  • Librarian
  • User

As the name would suggest, the Administrator has control over all sections and has discretion over which level of access the user is permitted. The librarian section is similar to Administrator's, but with reduced powers. An Administrator can, therefore, delegate work to a Librarian in managing the files and the user access.
